A personal study of Éomer's sword, Gúthwinë, recreated from its appearance in 'The Lord of the Rings' films. The main focus of this project was on accurately reproducing the ornate pommel and crossguard, combining hard-surface modelling in 3ds Max with detailed sculpting in ZBrush.
